Construction Of Gym At Karwa

Construction of a fully equipped gym facility at Karwa premises with a total built-up area of 380 m², including structural works, architectural finishes, flooring systems, and internal partitions.
Scope included complete MEP installations comprising HVAC systems (ducting, ventilation, and air conditioning units), plumbing and drainage networks, and fire protection systems in compliance with relevant standards.
Electrical works covered power and lighting systems, distribution boards, cabling, and full connection to the existing LV network, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
The project was executed and delivered to Mowasalat (Karwa) with strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
